Does Artora work offline?

Yes. Every style runs 100% on-device using bundled AI models. Artora never uploads your photos and works with no network connection.

What styles are included?

Artora includes multiple anime looks and pencil / line-art sketch styles. Pick a photo, choose a style, and save the result.

Why does the saved image have a watermark?

Free saves include a small watermark. Unlock Artora Pro to save clean, watermark-free artwork and access every style.

What does Artora Pro include?

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

I paid but Pro isn't unlocked. What should I do?

First tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't unlock, confirm the purchase completed in your Apple ID's purchase history, then email us at chenxianyu1012@gmail.com and we'll help.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my generated artwork saved?

Artwork is saved to your device's Photos library only when you choose to save. Your original photos are never modified in place.

Which iOS versions are supported?

Artora supports iOS 15.1 and later on iPhone.
