Privacy Policy — Artora

Overview

Artora ("the App") is an iOS application that turns your photos into anime art and pencil-style line-art sketches using on-device AI. All processing happens entirely on your device — no photos are ever uploaded to any server.

Data Collection

• All image processing is performed 100% offline using on-device AI models and native image APIs.
• No user accounts are required.
• No photos are uploaded to any server.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included. There are no ads.

Permissions

The App requests only the minimum access necessary:

• Photo Library (read): Required to access a photo only after you explicitly select it via the system photo picker.
• Photo Library (add): Required to save your generated artwork back to your photo library.

The App does not request camera, location, contacts, or any other sensitive permissions.

Purchases

Artora offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Artora Pro") that removes the watermark and unlocks every art style. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Artora does not receive or store your payment information. Purchase validation is handled on-device via Apple's StoreKit entitlements.

Data Storage

• Generated artwork is saved to your device's photo library only when you choose to save.
• Original photos are never modified in place.
• All AI models are bundled with the App and do not download additional data.
• Uninstalling the App removes all App-specific data. Saved images remain in your library until you delete them.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children. The App contains no content directed at children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
